The Northwest Indiana-Parent Community Academy (NWI-PCA) was created to assist in the process:

  • of giving parents, family members, and community members;
    • the tools to more effective in their own lives and as citizens
    • the tools to help their children be more prepared for life
    • the tools to become more engaged as parents and empowered as partners in the educational process,
    • the tools to become more engaged as parents and empowered as partners in the educational process,
  • of assisting other not for profits in areas of;
    • collaboration/team building
    • capacity building
    • facilitation and facilitation training
    • research, data mining and analysis
    • strategic planning
    • grant writing/grant writing training
